Road Test Day — What to Bring

Make sure you have everything you need for a smooth road test experience with ICBC.

Required Identification

Driver's License — Remember your ICBC KEY word
Second Piece of ID — Student ID Card, MSP Care Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, or Nexus Card

Payment

Road test fees are paid directly to ICBC at the time of your appointment. Check ICBC's current fee schedule.

Important Reminders

Arrive at least 15 minutes early
The vehicle must be roadworthy with valid insurance
Bring any required glasses or corrective lenses if needed for driving
